Bristol Rovers -Vs- Peterborough United
Venue: Memorial Stadium
Date: Saturday, 12th August, 2017
Kick-off: 15:00pm

Posh opened up their season with a two-one victory of last seasons League Two runners-up Plymouth Argyle and will be looking to make it two wins out of two when they travel south west to face Bristol Rovers.

The Pirates lost their opening match of the season one-nil at Charlton Athletic despite the hosts being reduced to 10-men after only 6 minutes!! The Addicks scored the only goal of the game with seven minutes of the first-half remaining. Rovers upped the tempo in the second half but couldn`t find a way past one-time Posh loanee Ben Amos.

Last season, Posh did the double over Saturday`s hosts with a 4-2 win at the ABAX Stadium in April thanks to goals from Craig Mackail-Smith, Marcus Maddison and a brace from Leo Da Silva Lopes and a two-one victory at the Memorial Ground in October. Matty Taylor had given the hosts the lead from the penalty spot just before the hour mark before Posh levelled five minutes later through a rare Shaq Coulthirst goal. The winner came in the 90th minute through Tom Nichols who is now a Rovers player!

What do you think the score will be this time around?
