It`s always good to receive accolades after suffering a defeat.

It doesn`t deaden the pain felt but the acknowledgement that you`re doing something right, from an opposition manager, must warm the heart a little.

Following our 3-2 defeat at Coventry, on Saturday, Chris Coleman praised Posh remarking,

“In its way it was harder than playing Newcastle. Credit to Peterborough because they pushed us back for long periods in the second half.”

‘They pushed everyone into our area and sent loads of balls into the box and they gave us a lot of problems.”

‘We’ve blocked a few shots and maybe had that bit of luck we’ve been missing this season. It’s an important three points for us and hopefully we can kick on up the table now.”

Whilst ‘Lady Luck` seems to have deserted us it looks like she smiled on Coventry on Saturday.

Here`s hoping she smiles in our direction soon and we can start to climb the table!
