The greatest cup competition in the world is close to reaching its 1st round stage, which is when more of the country sits up and takes notice as the football league clubs start arriving.

Those outside of the football league, many of which have been involved in several preliminary qualifying games, look forward to this as it gives them the chance of drawing a ‘bigger side’ and causing an upset as their FA cup dreams live on.

Following this draw – which was made on Sunday – Peterborough now know that they will take on Stockport, with Stockport having home advantage.

The first time Stockport and Peterborough played each other at Edgeley Park you won 6-0. Prepare yourselves for another goal feast in your favour. The way we are playing I can’t see us getting another result this season.
