One of the first jobs for POSH boss Keith Alexander has been to release winger David Farrell.

Faz who has been due a testimonial has left the club having been one of the main plus points of the Barry Fry era.

He is most famous for his goal in the FA Cup against Newcastle in 2001 as well as his play off hat-trick against Barnet.

Also on the way out is front man Richard Logan, who hasn’t had as illustrious POSH career as Farrell.

  • So, whats your opinion on why he’s been let go? Is it because the manager doesn’t rate him or that, as a senior player, he might undermine him in the dressing room?
