Peterborough United pair George Boyd and Paul Taylor have both rejected moves to Ipswich Town, Grant McCann is no longer transfer listed, and Tyrone Barnett is fit for Saturday!
News emerged last night of Paul Taylor and George Boyd having medicals at Ipswich Town, only to later on reject moves to the club, that sees them stay at Posh (for now anyway). Both men are on the Posh transfer list after declining new deals at the club, but have rejected their chances to leave for fellow Championship club Ipswich Town. The move was seen by many Posh fans as a sideways move, as Ipswich are in a similar position to Posh, struggling to get points on the board. Their last 2 games have been awful – a 6-0 defeat at Blackpool, and a Capital One Cup exit at the hands of League One side Carlisle United. Taylor and Boyd now have less than 2 days to find a move away from Posh, or they`ll stay with the club until January at least.
In other news, former captain and current midfielder, Grant McCann, has today been officially removed from the transfer list, after winning back his place in the starting line-up, and putting in a number of very good performances in recent weeks. 
Finally, at today`s press conference, the press were told that Posh target man Tyrone Barnett is now fully fit and will be included in the squad for Saturday`s game at Birmingham City. This news is bound to go down well with most Posh fans, who have been counting down the days to Barnett`s return.
