Peterborough United manager Grant McCann spoke to the media ahead of the Sky Bet EFL League One match at Scunthorpe United. Watch what he has to say.

Scunthorpe United -Vs- Peterborough United
Venue: Glanford Park
Date: Saturday, 21st October, 2017
Kick-off: 15:00pm

Posh “stopped the rot” on Tuesday evening when drawing one-all at Southend United. Posh had been on a three match losing streak in the League and they haven`t won in five matches since that impressive 3-2 victory over Wigan Athletic.

The Iron, who are one point and four places behind Posh, also drew one-all on Tuesday when Fleetwood Town were the visitors to Glanford Park. They also haven`t won in their last five League matches!

Posh boss Grant McCann wants his side to take the positives out of that draw at Southend. He was impressed with youngsters Jermaine Anderson and Leo Da Silva Lopes and the front pairing of Marcus Maddison and 10-goal Jack Marriot.

McCann also spoke about the injury situation, defender Alex Penny and the “big threat” of Scunthorpe.
