Peterborough United manager Grant McCann looks ahead to the visit of title favourites Wigan Athletic to the ABAX Stadium.

Peterborough United v Wigan Athletic
Location: ABAX Stadium
Date: Saturday, 23rd September, 2017
Kick-off: 15:00pm

Posh boss Grant McCann is looking forward to welcoming a strong Wigan Athletic side who he believes are the favourites to win League One.

However, McCann believes Posh can get one over the favourites if they play to their strengths. He speaks about how his side are more together this season and are engaging with the fans more this season.

What McCann wants to see on the pitch though is a team that wears the Posh shirt with pride and will give everything for it. He knows that that won`t be enough and we will suffer defeats along the way but as long as the players put everything in to it then he can`t have any complaints.

McCann also spoke of the small injury situation at the club but compliments his backroom staff on keeping the squad fit and healthy.
