Walking around London Road on Boxing Day you couldn`t fail to notice the high Police presence.

With Millwall in town, even though it appears a reduced train service reduced their numbers, I wouldn`t have expected anything else.

However, the word is that the day went off without an outbreak of any sort of disorder before, during or after the match.

With in excess of 9,300 supporters attending the match, the reports are particularly pleasing and we should all feel proud that our football is doing the talking not something taking place behind the scenes.
