There`s danger lurking up on the Wirral tonight.

Tranmere Rovers are looking for revenge after Posh shoved them out of the FA Cup, albeit in a replay.

Ronnie Moore, their manager, has, on the eve of the game been talking about such a thing remarking,

‘If we can win this game it puts us three points behind Peterborough and really tightens up the top six or seven spots.”

‘They are in a great position and we wish we could be where they are.”

‘We certainly owe them one as I believe we have been the better side in the matches we have played against them already this season.”

‘They have three lads up front who are better than this division. They are all a threat, but then so are we and we will take the game to them.’

Let`s be careful Posh, to lose this one would be a major obstacle thrown in front of us if we hope to catch the MK Dons.
