Our thanks go to the local newspaper who have pointed out an astonishing fact.

The ‘looping` header that salvaged a valuable away point on Saturday, at Ashton Gate, was the first headed goal by George Boyd for two years with the last coming in a 3-3 draw with Rochdale back in 2006/2007.

Here at Vital Posh, and we`re sorry to coin the usual phrase, we sincerely hope they`re like London (Road) Buses and George has a few more coming down the main route in the next two games.
