After a debut he`ll remember for a long time, George Boyd is now casting an envious eye towards the senior Scotland squad.

After starring in the win over the Republic of Ireland B team, scoring and producing an assist, Boyd has spoken about that wonderful night commenting,

‘I couldn’t have asked for much more. The game was played in horrendous conditions, but I just tried to play my natural game and luckily it went well.”

‘International football is amazing, even little things like seeing so many reporters and cameras at press conferences, but the weirdest thing was seeing my name all over the back pages at the airport.’

Hopefully, there`ll be many more such nights George!
