Ahead of the clash with Crewe Alexandra tonight, our manager Darren Ferguson has once again explained the need for caution and to avoid complacency.

We`re in the middle of a great unbeaten run but we all know it`ll only take one bad performance for the run to come to a crushing end.

In fact, to lose it at a team like Crewe, who are currently bottom of League One, would be criminal.

Here`s what Darren had to say as we approach another high-profile fixture,

‘We need to make sure the standards stay high and know from past experience that we can’t afford to be at anything less than our best.’

‘We have been beaten by Dagenham & Redbridge this season and lost games against the likes of Macclesfield, Mansfield and Morecambe that we shouldn’t have when in League Two last season.’

Heed those words lads; we don`t want to end up with egg on our faces tonight do we!
