After a long season two results, this Saturday, could see our automatic promotion hopes realised.
If Walsall can somehow edge past MK Dons and we beat Colchester there`ll be on ehell of a party down our way come Saturday evening.
However, we`re not counting our chickens yet, football has a nasty habit of kicking you straight in the gonads, something which Darren Ferguson was keen to get across in a brief interview with Sky Sports when he commented,
‘We are in touching distance, but no one is getting carried away.”
‘The concentration levels are massive now. We have got to concentrate on everything and every game.
‘That is the key. If we can get the performances, I know I have got the players that can win us games.’
So folks, don`t be surprised if this goes all the way to the last game of the season, it`s called a gripping ending to a fantastic season and it`s what the tabloids thrive on!
