Southend United`s right back, Simon Francis appears to have turned down a move to London Road.
Apparently, Simon engaged in talks with Peterborough but terms couldn`t be agreed with Simon remarking on the Shrimpers official web site,
“I listened to what Peterborough had to say, but it didn`t seem right at the moment.”
What is this man on we have to ask, has he no ambition?
