With the heat wave in this country now a distant memory and with storms edging there way across many a county, it`s great to hear that the lads, on tour in Marbella, are enjoying some wonderful weather.
Ye4sterday, the squad trained in an energy sapping 35 degrees Celcius but never looked liked flagging, pleasing Darren Ferguson who has bene quoted in the local media as remarking,
‘The players looked sharp which was pleasing. I’m sure they weren’t looking forward to training in the heat, but they applied themselves well.’
It should auger well for the first few weeks of the season!
