Peterborough United have been linked with yet another goalkeeper. This time Torquay United’s Bobby Olejnik.

The 25-year-old Austrian was an ever present for The Gulls last season playing in 51 matches for them.

Olejnik was also voted into the League Two team of the year alongside Posh’s Tyrone Barnett. The 6′ 2′ keeper was one of four Torquay players selected for the team of the season.

A former Falkirk player, he made over 100 appearances for the Scottish Premier League outfit before financial problems at the club saw him leave when his contract expired and was picked up by Martin Ling at Torquay.

It is believed Posh have had a six-figure bid accepted by Torquay.

Posh currently have a news blackout on transfers until players sign on the dotted line. Hopefully confirmation will be forthcoming from the club soon.
