There`s no doubt that the main purpose tonight is to come back from East London, to London Road, with all three points.

After the disappointment of Saturday, it`s essential that if we are to bounce back into the automatic promotion race there are no further slip ups.

It`s a point not lost on our leading scorer, Craig Mackail-Smith, who seems to have been the focus of attention in the build up to the game (probably because he was on their books) who when ambushed by the local media commented,

‘Every game is important now and it’s about holding your form or bouncing back after a defeat. You will always get shocks in any league and you only have to look at the results of Liverpool, Wolves, Reading and Birmingham over the weekend to see that.”

‘We are still very much in the thick of the promotion race and it is a very exciting time for the club. We have bounced back well all season and we will tonight.’

Please Craig, don`t let that be a case of famous last words!
