Craig Mackail-Smith scored once again for Peterborough on Tuesday night to secure a 1-0 win over Notts County and improve Peterborough’s promotion hopes.

The inform striker just can’t stop scoring at the moment, as this goal followed up the four that he got against Staines in the FA Cup second round on Saturday.

Had it not been for Notts County’s former Manchester United goalkeeper Kevin Pilkington he could have had another hat trick on Tuesday, as it was he had to settle for the solitary goal. This latest striker took his tally to nine goals in his last five matches.
