Is it just me having dark thoughts?
Looking down the abyss that probably awaits us, that of relegation and an immediate return to League One, it`s easy to reflect back onto those bright days in July and August when we thought we`d be surging through this division.
Back in those sunny days when the sun beat down and thoughts of snow were the furthest thing on our mind, those in charge of Peterborough United were briskly announcing to the world that it`d take huge offers for Posh to be tempted to part with either: Aaron Mclean, George Boyd or Craig Mackail-Smith.
Come next May, and if that fear of relegation is realised, who`d care to place a bet with me that one, two or three of those named will not be wearing the blue of Posh next season and will have been snapped up by a Championship side?
