Could James Chester be coming back to London Road?
It`s an intriguing question and one fueled by the announcement on Sky Sports that Barry Fry has confirmed that a deal for a, currently, unnamed Premier League central defender, has been reached.
We say unnamed because the exactly who it is will not be revealed until the player has actually signed the transfer forms.
Speaking about the acquisition, Barry Fry had this to say,
‘We have agreed in principal to sign a centre-back from a Premier League club.”
‘We won’t be looking to release anything yet, as the paperwork is not done, but everything will be released in due course.’
