Loan deals have always puzzled me!
I never could understand how the wages were paid, there I was I foolish enough to believe that the club who borrowed the player would be responsible for playing the salary.
Well, apparently not!
Today it`s been established that Andrew Crofts has returned to Gillingham because Posh, according to our sources, refused to pay a larger proportion of his salary.
So now we know!
