Already this month we`ve produced two articles relating to the Aaron McLean to Wolves speculation.

The first simply reported Wolves apparent interest whilst the second focussed on Darren Ferguson`s denial that Wolves had made any offers in the January transfer window.

Well, on the eve of our fixture with Northampton, Aaron McLean has used the pre-match press conference scenario to re-affirm he has no desire to join Wolves remarking,

‘I haven’t seen the stories and I’m not interested in them.”

‘It’s no secret that I want to play as high as I can, but I can get to the Championship with Posh. My entire focus and concentration is on achieving that this season.”

‘I seem to get linked with Wolves every time there’s a transfer window, but it is just speculation.’

Well we`re glad that`s put the record straight (again)!
