What did you think to referee Mark Heywood`s performance in the Sky Bet League One match between Scunthorpe United and Peterborough United?

The “bottle-gate” referee bottled it again but in a different way. Scunthorpe midfielder Neal Bishop was already on a yellow card when he scythed down Anthony Grant which was a blatant yellow card all day long yet referee Mark Heywood took no action.

As if that was bad enough, the Iron midfielder went on to make two further challenges that could, and should have seen him pick up a second yellow card of the match but for some unknown reason, Heywood bottled sending off the home player!!

Had Heywood done his job properly, then we could`ve been witnessing a first Posh win since beating Wigan Athletic last month as they were leading the home side when those numerous fouls occurred.

What did you think to the referees performance?
