Peterborough United left back Scott Griffiths departs London Road on loan for the third time this season.

He has signed for League Two outfit Rotherham United and will remain there for the remainder of the season.

He has so far spent time on loan this season at League Two high fliers Crawley Town and League One basement team Chesterfield.

Speaking to www.themillers.co.uk, he said: ‘This season has been a bit of a journey for me.

‘I started off training at Peterborough, then had a month loan at Crawley, then came back and had a month at Chesterfield.’

He added: ‘It would be nice to stay in one place now which I had last year, because travelling up and down constantly can take its toll. So it’s nice to have some stability.’
