Posh encounter their first opposition during their Portugal training camp with a clash against Primeira Liga side Club Sport Marítimo.
Marítimo finished 7th last season, just four points away from Europa League qualification. They already faced English opposition this pre-season when they outplayed Championship side Sheffield United but were on the wrong end of a one-nil defeat.
This match will certainly give Posh their biggest challenge of pre-season so far after a number of comfortable wins over local opposition.
