Posh have been caught out a number of times this season when conceding late on in a game so it was nice to see the boot on the other foot as Posh struck what can only be described as an undeserved leveller in the eighth minute of six added minutes!!

There were a number of factors which made up those added minutes but speaking to the Millers iFOLLOW, Millers boss Paul Warne said: “The ref must have seen something he wanted to add.

“Yes it was a last minute goal but we’ve been there and it’s just the way it is.

“I thought we were the better team in the game, more dominant, more attempts at goal so to come in one-one is disappointing for the lads.

“We had a lot of play but probably didn’t finish as well as we could but that’s not through lack of effort.

“There’s no need to berate the lads, we just have to learn from it and hope it doesn’t happen again but we should have seen the game out for a victory. It does feel like we’ve dropped two points but I’m proud of the performance. The lads were always on the front foot, always putting balls into the box and played against a very good Peterborough side who we dominated from the first until probably the ninety-eighth minute.

“Every game now is a big game for us and we want to win every game we can and have people leave here with a smile on their face. There’s a lot of points to play for and hopefully we can stay in the play-offs.”

We don`t think the Millers have any worries about staying in the play-offs as all the teams below have been unable to sustain a good run of form. It really is a case of which of the seven teams will fill the last two play-off places.
