Results are in for the October Vital Posh Player of the Month. Who will follow in Bobby Olejnik`s boots who won the September poll?

Posh had an excellent October winning four matches, drawing one and losing the final match of the month 1-0 against Colchester United. During that period they only conceded two goals!!

Posh started the month in second place but that final game defeat saw them drop one place to third with Wolves drawing level on points with Posh but they had a better goal difference.

Top scorer Britt Assombalonga failed to score during the month and is still stuck on 8 goals for the season. Lee Tomlin, who played in just one match in the month, and Tyrone Barnett are one goal behind Assombalonga.

With Posh only conceding 2 goals during the month, it is not surprising that the defence are the leading candidates for Octobers gong.

The winner for October received votes from 76.47% of the voters. The top three players for October`s Vital Posh Player of the Month, as voted by you, were:
