After a plethora of home games only interrupted by the solitary away game, Posh are back on the road this weekend with a trip to Leeds United. It`s our first League visit to Elland Road and Darren Ferguson will be hoping his side can win and do the double over the Yorkshire side this season.

Simon Grayson, recruited for the managerial role from Blackpool, has wasted no time in bolstering the Leeds squad. Against Posh, loan signings Richard Naylor and Carl Dickinson, are both expected to feature whilst Robert Snodgrass should have recovered sufficiently from injury to claim a starting place. Definitely absent though is Fraser Richardson with a thigh injury.
Player to watch: Fabien Delph
Could be the last time this lad pulls on the famous white shirt of Leeds, he`s being hunted by so many clubs it`s only a matter of time before he moves on.

Darren Ferguson will be without Tom Williams who underwent knee surgery in mid week; also not available are Jamie Day and Shane Blackett. However, Craig Morgan, who picked up a fifth yellow card of the season against MK Dons, doesn`t start his suspension until the Crew game in midweek. Here at Vital Posh, we suspect that Charlie Lee will once again fill in for the missing Williams.

Match Prediction:
Two seasons ago we`d only ever have dreamed of visiting Elland Road in a cup tie but such is there fall from grace and our climb through the ranks we`re now going there on equal terms. Indeed, we could even claim to be going there as their betters seeing as we`re higher than them in the table.
It promises to be a difficult match, we`ll be facing a team that has renewed confidence since the arrival of Simon Grayson in the managerial role and the home side will be backed by a partisan Yorkshire crowd.
Nevertheless, if our aim is to be a Championship side next season, this is the sort of place we`ll be visiting every other week. I have this sneaking suspicion that our lads will be up for this and that the great run we have whereby we`ve only lost once in over twenty games, will be extended. It may only be a draw but we`ll not come back empty-handed.
