Steve Evans went back to one of this former clubs for the first time since becoming Posh boss and had to wait until the 98th minute to salvage a very unlikely point!
After an end-to-end first-half, Posh were simply second best all over the pitch after the interval. The Millers dominated the opening 35 minutes of the second-half which saw them take the lead but they sat back with 10 minutes remaining which allowed Posh to come back at them.
Striker Jack Marriott went close on a couple of occasions and when the fourth official showed a minimum of six minutes of added time, Posh rallied once again. In the eighth minute of added time, central defender Steven Taylor played a defence splitting pass to Junior Morias who crossed for Marriott to steal a point at the New York Stadium.
It was backs-against-the-wall stuff at times but Posh dug in and got a point which could prove vital come the end of the season.
