Who has won the final Man of the Match of the season? Find out the results

The final match of the season in what could be classed as a success for Posh ended in a 1-1 draw against mid-table outfit Derby County.

The match may also have been the last time we see George Boyd and Paul Taylor pull on the blue and white shirt of Peterborough United as Posh seek to cash in on them after their agent confirmed they won`t be signing a new contract at Posh when their current deal runs out at the end of next season.

Posh has a good start and good end to the game but in between it was constant pressure from a Derby side keen on finishing their home campaign on a winning note. Poor finishing and the woodwork were the main reason Derby failed to get that win.

So who was the final man of the match for Posh in 2011/12?

The top three players as voted by you in the Man of the Match for the Derby County match were:

3rd Place: 12% George Boyd

2nd Place: 27% Lee Tomlin

1st Place: 30% CRAIG ALCOCK
