Peterborough United young forward Jonson Clarke-Harris has gone out on loan for a month.

JCH has taken up the option of going out on loan to League Two Southend in an effort to get some first team experience under his belt.

The forward will go straight into The Shrimpers squad for this weekends match with Rotherham.

Signed from Coventry City in the summer, the 18-year-old has failed to make an impact on the Posh starting XI although he has been an unused substitute on numerous occasions. He has also been playing at left-back for the reserves where he has played remarkably well…even if he did score an unfortunate own goal against Rotherham reserves this week!
