Vital Posh looks at previous matches between Crystal Palace and Peterborough United.
Peterborough United travel to Selhurst Park on Saturday looking to kick off March with a win.
Having lost five out of six games in January, Posh stopped that slide with just one defeat in February and will be hoping they can have a marvellous March just as they have in three out of the last four seasons.
Palace are unbeaten in five Championship games and go into battle with Posh following an excellent draw away at League leaders West Ham United.
Posh won the opening game of the season against Palace despite going behind thanks to goals from skipper Grant McCann and David Ball. Sean Scannell had given The Eagles the lead just after the half hour after he beat Ryan Bennett to the ball to send his volley over keeper Paul Jones.
Posh are currently 18th in the npower Championship with 38 points from 32 matches. Palace are five places above Posh in 13th place with 44 points from 32 matches.
Palace and Posh have played each other on 19 occasions in the League and it Posh who just have the edge with 6 wins compared to Palaces 4 wins. There have been 9 draws.
At Crystal Palace, Posh have won just twice while losing four games and drawing three.

Last Time Out at Selhurst Park
Posh travelled to Selhurst Park at the back end of January 2010 in their disastrous last Championship campaign. Posh were going through manager after manager, had lost their six of their previous eight games and were five points adrift at the bottom of the Championship when they came into this game.
Mark Cooper sent Posh out looking for their first points since December and was desperate to pick up at least a point. Unfortunately for Cooper, poor defending was the downfall of his team yet again!
Chances came and went for both sides during the first half as each side took it in turns to try their luck. Lee Frecklington had the games first effort after only two minutes but goalkeeper Julian Speroni parried the ball away. Joe Lewis then dealt with a long range Shaun Derry effort with ease.
A corner from George Boyd was met by Chris Whelpdale but he could only look on as Nathaniel Clyne cleared off the Palace line.
A quick counter attack by Palace created an effort for Butterfield but he could only shoot straight at Lewis.
Posh came straight back up the other end as they pressed for the opening goal and a good dummy by Frecklington provided a chance for Boyd but his shot was parried by Speroni who was far the busier goalkeeper in the first half.
Just before the half hour mark, Palace got their noses in front when a succession of headers in the Posh penalty area eventually saw the ball drop to Neil DANNS who volleyed past Lewis.
That goal picked the home team up and started to create more chances. Danns was provided with another opportunity but Lewis was equal to it. Alan Lee then beat Tom Williams to create a chance for himself, but yet again Lewis was on hand to block the effort.
A half cleared corner allowed Frecklington to pick his spot, but Davies blocked the goalbound shot. Alan Lee then outjumped Charlie Lee to present Darren Ambrose with a chance but his volley went over the bar.
Towards the latter end of the half, some poor defending by Posh from a long throw allowed Butterfield to volley the ball from close range but somehow his effort went over the bar.
Half-time: Crystal Palace 1 – 0 Peterborough United
Lee Frecklington was replaced at half time by transfer listed Aaron McLean as Posh reverted to a more familiar 4-4-2 formation.
Craig Mackail-Smith was presented with the first chance of the second half following a long throw from Whelpdale, but his volley went over the bar.
A long ball was completely missed by the Posh defence creating an opening for Ambrose but just as he was about to pull the trigger, Gilbert made a last ditch tackle. Another long ball was the undoing of the Posh defence as they looked for the off-side flag only to see Charlie Lee playing everyone on-side! Neil DANNS was on hand to collect the ball and calmly slot the ball past Lewis doubling their lead.
That goal killed off the game although Posh did try to reduce the arrears with Whelpdale cutting inside from the right only to fire straight at Speroni. A superb double save by Speroni from efforts by Boyd and substitute Reuben Reid.
The final shot of the game fell to Palace but Carle`s 25 yard effort went wide of Lewis` post.
