The bookies make Peterborough United slight favourites to beat Leyton Orient but there is very little in it ahead of their Sky Bet League One clash.

Leyton Orient Away

Leyton Orient -Vs- Peterborough United
Venue: Matchroom Stadium (aka Brisbane Road)
Date: Saturday, 13th December, 2014
Kick-off: 15:00pm

Posh have taken just one point from their last six League matches after encountering a very poor run of form and results. That form has seen them plummet from second in the League to ninth place.

The O`s are having a poor season compared to last season when they were beaten in the play-off final. They currently occupy 19th place and are only out of the relegation places on goal difference. They have just named their fourth manager of the season in an attempt to arrest their slump which has seen them win one, draw one and lose four of their last six matches.

The two teams have already met this season and that came in the first round of the Johnstone`s Paint Trophy which Posh won last season. The O`s went away from London Road with a 3-2 victory but they were knocked out of the competition this week when going down 1-0 to Gillingham.

With both teams completely out of form, it is not surprising that the bookies are having problems separating them. Posh are the slight favourites to win at 6/4 with the O`s priced at 7/4. The draw is priced at 12/5.

The correct score odds has the obligatory 1-1 as the favourite scoreline at 5/1 with a 1-0 Posh win as second favourite at 15/2. The lowest odds for an O`s win is 8/1 for the same scoreline.

Sky Bet believe both teams score as they have the “Both teams to score” odds at 4/6.

Four players all share the lowest odds to score the first goal of the match. They are David Mooney and Gianvito Plasmati of the O`s and Kyle Vassell and Craig Mackail-Smith for Posh. The first goalscorer odds for these players are 11/2 while they`re all 6/4 to score at any time in the match.

Former Posh man Shaun Batt has odds of 15/2 as the first goalscorer and 5/2 to score in 90 minutes while former O`s man Harry Beautyman has odds of 10/1 and 7/2 respectively.

Eight different predictions have been voted for so far in the poll being run by Vital Posh to PREDICT THE SCORE with predictions ranging from a 3-0 O`s win to a 3-1 Posh win! The current favourite prediction is a 3-0 O`s win with 25% of the votes.
