A second Peterborough United player has left London Road in mysterious circumstances.
Hotshot Shaq McDonald has left Posh by “mutual consent” just days after fellow youngster Jevani Brown!
Although Posh have refused to comment on the circumstances surrounding the player who only signed his first ever professional contract in April strong rumours suggest three Posh youngsters were involved in an unsavoury incident which involved the police!
Until the reason for McDonald`s and Browns departure become public knowledge, Vital Posh are unable to comment on the rumours surrounding the “incident” for legal reasons but with two players now having departed and another one seemingly on his way, the rumours could well be true!
McDonald only joined Posh in 2012 from Chasetown but he was such a massive hit in the youth team and development side that Posh were quick to sign him up to a four-year deal.
He went on loan to Chester City earlier this season but following his sending off on his debut and lack of action for the Skrill Premier side, Posh recalled him and sent him to Histon United where he has scored twice in three games.
McDonald is now expected to sign permanently for Histon.
