BBC Bristol Sport are reporting that Peterborough United have failed to reach an agreement with Bristol Rovers over the transfer of 26 year old right back, Michael Smith. Smith has consistently been one of Rovers top performers, but is on the transfer list at the Conference club after handing in a transfer request.
