Posh – Gannon`s Future?

With even the 100% home record, under Jim Gannon, now history, our season of woe continues.

Firmly rooted to the bottom of the Championship with only the prospect of confirmation of our relegation awaited, a when rather than if, Jim Gannon has hit the nail firmly on the head with some comments he made after the home defeat to Coventry.

Gannon, only on a contract to manage Posh until the end of the season, is to meet with Darragh MacAnthony to discuss the future and has remarked,

“This is a massive job. I need to have a long conversation with the chairman to fond out his ambitions for the club.”

Jim`s right, massive isn`t too outlandish a word, this season has been one of those learning curves whereby you wish that you could turn back the clock and return to August for another attempt, something that remains wishful thinking though!

I guess we all live and learn though!
