On the eve of our second home match in a week, Darren Ferguson has again spoken about the need to be at the races.

After Brighton ground out a 0-0 draw at London Road on Tuesday evening, any aspirations we have of sweeping all before us have been quashed.

Speaking about the clash with Huddersfield, Ferguson has remarked on BBC Radio Cambridgeshire,

‘Anyone can beat anyone and if we’re not at it we’ll get beaten.

‘We’ve got to make sure our performance is right up there and we maintain our standards.

‘Stan Ternent’s team will be up and at us and they’ll be aggressive.’

Indeed, so! Huddersfield scored three times away from home in midweek, but still lost at Hartlepool and Stan Ternent will be eager for his side to get back to winning ways.

Don’t be complacent Posh; three points will be handy as we seek to push for a play-off place.
