Posh – Shock! Darren Gets It Wrong!

Shock horror! Darren Ferguson is human!

After yesterday suggesting that his trip to Rome, to watch the Champions League Final, would result in a joyous night for his father, Darren was proved to be wrong when it came to tipping a winner.

In fact, with Barcelona outplaying Manchester United, I suggest the celebrations last night were a little damper than expected in the Ferguson party.

However, playing ‘devils advocate` perhaps, deep down Darren never believed United would win but, in order to boost our chances next season, kept quiet.

I`ll explain!

With Barcelona hot favourites to win was Darren simply towing the family line to appease his father?

Was he thinking along the lines of procuring somebody on loan from United, to bolster our squad, next season?

Think about it, would you, the son of Sir Alex Ferguson, upset someone with the ability to paint strip walls with that hairdryer of his by daring to suggest Manchester United would be beaten?

I thought not!
