Monday 4th May promises to be a great day.
With the season over (by then) and promotion assured, it`s great to hear that Posh are to go on an open top bus ride to celebrate the back-to-back promotion achievement.
The exact details are yet to be confirmed but officials from all parties concerned are in talks to ensure the event passes off peacefully.
Speaking about the proposal, Council Leader John Preach has remarked,
‘There may have to be one or two changes from last year’s parade because of the work going on in Cathedral Square.
He added: ‘I would think that the main focus will be in front of the town hall.’
