Posh – We Didn`t Deserve to Lose!

Our third Championship defeat has left us dwelling deep in the relegation places, worrying times for all, especially with two weeks to dwell over it.

Our gaffer, Darren Ferguson, must be pulling his hair out as braces of goals, conceded in a matter of minutes, continue to be our downfall.

Yesterday, matters were not helped by the fact that we lost our keeper, Joe Lewis, to injury and his replacement, young James McKeown might have had a hand in both the Forest goals.

But, in his after match interview, Darren refused to put the blame on his young keeper remarking,

“Jim`s only a kid, although the wind may have played a part in the goal.”

Even taking the lead, through Aaron Mclean, our enjoyment lasted less than a minute with Darren remarking,

“The equaliser was a huge set back for us.”

But with the dust hardly settled after the 4000 Forest fans celebrated the equaliser we were losing and the rest is history and I know it`s probably harsh but Darren` mantra,

“It was a game we didn`t deserve to lose.”

could well be our Championship epitaph if we don`t turn things around.
