Another saga in the ongoing (Scott) Rendell mysteries!
After it appeared that the feud between Posh and Cambridge United had been settled and that Scott Rendell would remain on loan at our Cambridgeshire rivals, Cambridge United; comes the news that Posh have, surprisingly recalled their man.
Several Cambridge sites are suggesting a little skull-duggery from Barry Fry with our man, supposedly requesting a £25,000 loan fee with another £25,000 being paid if Cambridge United secure promotion.
And, wait for this, we only wanted Cambridge to pay all of Scott`s salary.
