Peterborough succumbed to their first defeat in some time when they lost 1-0 at home to play-off chasing Stockport on Saturday.

Despite the home side have the better of the chances, with John Ruddy having to save from George Boyd, Aaron McLean and Chris Westwood it was Tommy Rowe (59) who scored the only goal of the game to give Stockport all 3 points.

The defeat leaves Peterborough sitting in second place in the League Two table, 3 points behind Milton Keynes Dons, but the Dons do have a game in hand so Posh would now be real outsiders to claim the Title you would think?

no shame in losing to Stockport, the run they are on at the moment is amazing, 20 games without a loss isn’t it?

Play off chasing? We’re in the play offs guaranteed now, automatic promotion chasing more like?

Yeah they have been in top form, looks like you’ll have to settle for second!

Does it matter however, first or second or third. As long as you have a p next to your name and your playing in league1 next season.
