The Vital Posh Man of the Match Poll for the Johnstone`s Paint Trophy match against Leyton Orient is now up and running.

Posh put in a very poor defensive display to go out of the JPT at the first hurdle.

After winning the competition last season, Posh wanted to get another good run going in the Cup but sadly it wasn`t to be. Even with the visitors being reduced to 10-men following Romain Vincelot`s second yellow card with just over 20 minutes remaining, Posh couldn`t get back in to the game they were already losing by three goals to one in.

Marcus Maddison made his full debut for Posh after making a cameo appearance on Saturday and he marked it with a very well taken goal.

Luke James also made his debut after signing from Hartlepool United on Monday. James came on five minutes into the second half and also capped it off with a debut goal in the final minute of added time. Unfortunately, that was too little too late as Posh gave up the trophy at the first attempt!
