Five defeats out of five! A new unwanted record for Darren Ferguson and his team which he claimed was the best squad Posh had had in his time at Posh!

The squad may have potential but as they stand at the moment, we are seriously lacking in a bit of calmness and experience especially in defence!

Posh are improving on their forward play and finally scored their first away League goals of the season but they were let down once again by the defensive calamity which continues to gift goal after goal to the opposition.

With games coming up against the much improved Bristol City and Wolves, Posh could extend their unwanted pointless streak even further unless there is a dramatic about turn in form.

One bright spark from the game was Nathaniel Mendez-Laing`s [pictured below] first competitive appearance in a Posh shirt since he signed permanently in the summer.

Before Posh play those games, who was your Man of the Match against Burnley?

To cast your vote for the man of the match, add your vote on the poll down the right hand column of the site. Results will be announced on Wednesday [19th September, 2012.]
