Peterborough United`s teenage midfielder Jermaine Anderson has made his debut for Endgland Under 18`s against Croatia.
The 17-year-old midfielder was called up to an England training camp in December and impressed enough to be included in the squad that play a double header against Croatia this week.
Anderson came on as an 87th minute substitute for MK Dons Dele Alli. England lost todays match 2-1 after taking a first half lead through Alex Kiwomya.
The second match against Croatia is on Wednesday [5th March] where it is hoped Anderson will start the match.
Anderson`s involvement with England means he will miss Posh`s trip to Bramall Lane to face an in-form Sheffield United on Tuesday.
