Vital Posh looks at the form of both Peterborough United and Burnley ahead of their game at London Road on Saturday.

Peterborough United
The Posh lost their first league game at home since November 2010 last Saturday when they went down 1-0 to Hull City. A run stretching 18 games.

Posh will be looking to start that run again but they will need to start scoring goals again as they have failed to find the back of the net in the last 3 games.

Posh have played 3 games at home this season so far, beating Crystal Palace on the opening day of the season with a come-from-behind 2-1 win and then thumping 7psw1ch 7-1 in front of the Sky TV cameras in another game they fell behind in! Former Posh star striker Aaron McLean was then the villain as he scored the only goal of a tight game to give visiting Hull City all 3 points in Posh`s last home game.

Overall this season, Posh have won two, drawn one and lost three in their six League games.

They have picked up seven points from these games and currently sit in 11th place in the Championship.

Burnley
The Clarets head to London Road for the first time in 15 years to what could be described as a bogey ground for them as they have only won once there in 9 attempts.

Burnley have had a relatively disappointing start to the Championship season having only picked up one win and two draws in their five games so far. This win was in their last away game so they will be hoping to continue where they left off.

Charlie Austin is their leading scorer this season with 4 League goals. Their only other League goal scored this season was by winger Keith Treacy, who played under Posh manager Darren Ferguson while they were both at Preston.

Burnley have only played 5 league games so far this season due to their game against Birmingham being postponed due to Birmingham`s involvement in the Eurpoa League.

Overall this season, Burnley have won one, drawn two and lost two of their five League games.

They have picked up five points from these games and currently sit in 20th place in the Championship.
