Craig Mackail-Smith currently leads the Posh scoring charts with twelve goals.

A brace on Saturday, against Hereford, ensured he`s out on his own at the moment. However, he`s not forgotten that the injury Aaron McLean sustained, dislocated elbow, has given him something of a head start.

McLean finished top scorer last season and will be keen to catch Craig up, a fact that Craig is well aware of and in an interview with a local radio station has commented about what it means to be top scorer,

‘It’s all about bragging rights at the end of the season.”

‘It’s a shame for him (Aaron) that he got injured against Bristol Rovers because I think he would be pushing me harder.’

Our latest poll asks you to predict who you believe will finish top scorer, Mackail-Smith, McLean or Boyd.
