We may all have been hoping for a bigger winning margin but a reality check, this morning, tells us that results are far more important than performances at the moment.

After the 1-0 win over Stockport County, Darren Ferguson, speaking to the media afterwards, spoke about what lies ahead remarking,

“We know that we will be promoted if we can win our final three games and we have managed that first part.”

“Everything now comes down to a two-match season and we are prepared for every situation.”

Now really is not the time for the feint hearted is it?
