Did anyone else notice, whilst captivated by the events of the FA Cup Semi-Final penalty shoot-out, the leniency shown to both Tim Howard and Ben Foster?
When I say leniency perhaps I should say total disregard to the fact that both keepers were clearly seen to stray from the goal line, on numerous occasions, during the aforementioned shoot-out.
Now I bet Joe Lewis watched with amazement considering how he was continually pulled up for such a misdemeanour at the ‘New Den` on Easter Monday.
Now, either there are differing refereeing standards or somebody wasn`t prepare dot prolong the agony yesterday.
