These are probably worrying times for those players Darren Ferguson has just recruited.
The likes of Ryan Bennett and Danny Griffiths were signed on loan with a view to making the signings permanent come the January transfer window.
Whilst both players may be talented and whilst I accept that Posh chased Ryan Bennett for several months before landing him we may have to factor in the possibility that whoever takes over from Darren Ferguson may have other ideas.
There`s every possibility that the new man will seek his own transfer budget come January and that deals involving the likes of Bennett and Griffiths may not be on his agenda.
I can`t help thinking they are exciting, but also possibly disturbing times ahead for a club whose ambitions could very well be on the line!
